Everything was perfect, personnel was efficient and competent. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from many stone steps. Also, it was walking distance to restaurants and bars.
The staff we met were unattentive.

It was great hotel and we had an excellent stay. The location was very central, just next door to the main town centre pedestrian area, and several good restaurants. Besides, San Antonio Beach was 3 km away from the venue. Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with excellent sea food at reasonable prices.

This is a hotel go-to for Vila Real de Santo Antonio! I find the property brilliant, clean and the staff is superbly friendly. It has particularly good location very close to the town centre and there's free parking. It's also close to the marina which is a lovely walk in the evening, and a restaurant on the waterfront.
